Send In The Clowns

Let me start this rather unjuicy article by saying I’m tired of this circus freakshow of an election that has divided the U.S. more than anything I have ever seen in my entire life. It’s upsetting to see beautiful black actress Stacy Dash stand up for what she believe in and then be bashed because she is not supporting Obama. People are telling here to kill herself and that she’s not black enough. Good for her that she stood her ground. I would never bully someone because I don’t agree with them. I may not like what you say but I respect your right to say it. It seems like a crime to not to like Obama, even more so if you’re in liberal Hollywood, and thank God I am not. But I stand my ground. I did not like him 4 years ago and I don’t like him now.  I already knew I was going to vote for Romney after Obama failed so spectacularly but I wasn’t sure about his capabilities as a speaker. After watching the debate I felt much better about my candidate. I was as shocked as anybody by the whole thing. I expected Obama with his oratory skills to lie his face off, but he didn’t even try. What can you really say for yourself at that point especially when the country is face down dead in a ditch. His lack of words said it all and that so did that smirk he had on his face the whole time. The whole Obama debacle was just too awkward and embarrassing to watch but I did it anyways. I thought the moderator should have stepped in to stop the bleeding but he couldn’t even keep those 2 from interrupting him. I respect a person’s right to vote for him but I do wonder how any sane individual would even consider re-electing this clown. I admit I had little faith in my candidate but when I saw him take charge I was totally impressed. We need someone who will take charge, not be an empty suit. He’s wealthy, so what? Obama is worth 12 million. Is that not wealthy enough? I don’t care how rich Mittens is and he is. Having a president who knows how to manage money is not the worst thing in the world. Having a dictator is. Democrats complain about the Republicans and the way they treat women. Well, I wonder how they will like it when we are under radical muslim rule and everybody will be treated badly, especially women. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I don’t look good in a burqa. I know this for a fact because I spent a few months wearing one working on that awful Jack Black movie The Year One. I had the biblical looked for going for months. Not a good look. When you gotta pay the bills, you gotta pay the bills. Okay, back to those 2. I’m tired of seeing and hearing them, especially our wonderful president who is supposed to protect us from disaster. I laugh as I type this knowing that’s a farce. Obama cares about Obama and Michelle cares about Michelle. There really seems to be no love between them. If Mr. President fails to win re-election, you can bet your bottom dollar that she will drop him like a hot potato as I would like to NOW.

No offense Michelle. I wasn’t thinking. BTW I asked my mom about Aunt Belle. I was sort of curious about her.

I know you didn’t mean any harm :) . Well tell me what you learned about her??

She lived alone in a little shack on the outskirts of her brother’s farm where my mom used to visit her. My mom said that’s how she wanted to live. That makes it not so sad. She died when my mom was about 20 – almost 50 yrs ago.

My mom told me that’s how she wanted to live so I didn’t find it so sad anymore.
