A Loss For Words

I am at a total loss for words today. It’s 3:30 in the am and I have no idea what to write about. Sometimes I just draw a blank and I have no clue what people want to read about. I would really appreciate some input now and again from people who take the time to read it. I notice I do get positive responses to my ghost stories and adult rated themes but I can’t base every story on these 2 categories alone. So maybe I should test the waters. I asked myself briefly if my readers would be interested to know Queen Elizabeth and her family are shape-shifting reptiles who feast on human flesh and blood. Probably not. Would readers care that Jessica Simpson’s still overweight and her dad has come out as gay? I’m not really interested so why should you be? I’m tired of Honey Boo Boo and Sugar Bear and every other bumpkin that manages to get a show. I write about them simply because people like them whether they admit it or not. Everybody is really sick of the Kartrashians. I have to admit though, bashing the K Klan never gets old but I don’t want to base my blogs on a platform of hate. There’s to much of that in the world already. I could talk about how Whitney Houston was killed in a ritualistic satanic sacrifice but it’s way too late for me to get into anything quite like that, especially before bed but I will come back to it, I promise. We could always discuss the musical genius of Robert Smith and how today’s music just doesn’t compare. Yes we could. Unless you happen to be a Justin Bieber fan then we cannot. Most likely you will be a teen or a pre-teen and you just won’t understand where I’m coming from. That’s okay, it’s not your fault you didn’t experience the awesomeness of the 80′s. What’s funny about that, is that I was waiting for the awesomeness that the future held in store – 90′s and beyond. Little did I know that I was already where it was. Hindsight is indeed 20/20. Well, I digress. I am about to hit the hay. I will be back tomorrow with a very interesting blog post :)

Good luck with getting input from people. On my Facebook page, I barely can get anybody to hit the ‘like’ button much less have a discussion with me…except you of course :) . Say something to piss them off then maybe, but more likely they will just post some vague poster aimed at you on their own wall. I was beginning to think that nobody even read my stuff, until the other day when I left them hanging and curious, then people who never say anything started speaking up. Once I filled in the blank, they lost interest. Try talking about something they can relate to Shea, like: family, kids, pets, the holidays coming up, lastest provocative thing in the news, etc. Maybe then they would have a story to share or something to say. Oh, and Whitney Housten was killed in a ritualistic satanic sacrifice??? Really…ya don’t say!?! ;)

You know I have a friend who got mad that I posted a political poster and got several responses and he did not get one. Then he got mad that I didn’t “like” anything he posted which I know not to be the case. He is very sensitive. It’s the luck of the draw I guess. You just never know when you put something up. People probably don’t want to hear stories about my kids all the time. People do however like tragedy in all it’s forms. The Whitney thing has a pretty good case. I will go into detail later. I know you’re on the edge of your seat now ;)

So, are you saying that you don’t like any of my ideas and that I’m too sensitive!?! And btw, you haven’t been hitting ‘like’ on my page lately. I don’t need this shit! Ciao!!!

I’m glad you’re not too sensitive and have a warped sense of humor like me. :)

Personally I like your real life stories. They tell the story of you. And that is the reason I read your blog because you are incredibly interesting and special. Besides think of all the life lessons that if shared may help someone else. Just like your art is a gift, your writing is too.
