You Better Redneckognize

Honey Boo Boo? Where does one start? I see Anna Nicole Smith has been reincarnated already. First of all I come from the south – Louisiana to be exact. Very southern. Blanche Deveraux southern. This is why I don’t feel so guilty talking about their redneckedness. We do not all talk like this or act like this. My parents raised me to have a little class, not that I’ve always shown it. I can get tacky with the best of  ‘em. Having said all that, let’s talk about Alana Thompson/Honey Boo Boo and her family. They are in the public eye, therefore fair game. If she were mine I would defintely slap her face off. If my daughter ever came at me with that attitude and bad grammar I would have her sent to boarding school immediately, because at that point I would know I had failed. I take a look at the parents and I am so thankful they are not mine. The mom is sort of likeable but what sort of role model is she for her daughter. She takes no pride whatsoever in her appearance and looks very unhealthy. By the looks of it the child is already on her way to becoming her mother, which means her pageant time is short. I hope they hold on to that reality money because their meal ticket is not cute anymore and in my opinion she never really was. It boggles my mind that she could enter a pageant and win. Let’s face it, she’s no JonBenet. On the bright side, they are a bit of relief for the relentless Kardashians. When I heard that that old Kardashian bag hated Honey Boo Boo that made me like the rednecks more. I know who I’d rather see and it’s not another trashy Kardashian that breeds like rabbit. I am bombarded day & night with that nasty family and it is impossible to escape them. Finally, here comes Honey Boo Boo, set to brush them right off their self-made throne. The day can not come soon enough. I would rather see a member of Alana’s family than a Kardashian anyday. At least the Thompsons are sincere, while their arch rivals, the K clan are without a moral compass and botoxed to the hilt. Personally, I think Bruce Jenner should pack up his 2 daughters and run like hell but I digress. But I shouldn’t even care, right?
